Questions we get asked
Do my technicians need to install an app?
No. It runs in the browser of any phone (Android or iPhone) and computer. They can add it to their home screen so it opens like an app.
How fast can we get started?
The same day. We set up your account, you add your technicians and send your first job.
What happens when the trial ends?
A few days before, we email you your first monthly invoice with a secure PayPal link: pay with your PayPal account or any credit or debit card, no PayPal account needed. If you don't want to continue, just don't pay it: your account pauses and nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
Monthly, through PayPal's secure checkout, with PayPal or any major card. We never see or store your card number.
Can I change the number of technicians?
Yes, anytime. The change shows up on your next monthly invoice.
Is my data safe?
Every connection is encrypted (HTTPS), each company's data is isolated from the others and we back up every day. Your data is yours: you can ask for a copy at any time. Read our privacy policy.
